The first two taxis arrive in Aarhus. These are two cylinder Clement-Gladiator vehicles with number plates X100 and X101.

Equality in the taxi industry. In Aarhus the first female driver is put behind the wheel of a taxi.

Aarhus now has 12 drosker (the Danish name for a taxi at the time), where the driver sits outside the vehicle in the fresh air.

Aarhus Taxa is founded January 24th, 1924. The base is located in Graven 23 with the phone number 6500.

Aarhus Taxa holds its 40th birthday with 62 cars, 54 licensed taxi owners and 130 drivers. Later in the year, the company merges with Taxaringen, after which the fleet reaches 111 cars.

Taxi driving becomes much more efficient as Aarhus Taxa invests 15 million DKK in a new, computerised traffic routing facility.

The times are changing, and so is the technology at Aarhus Taxa with the introduction of the latest and most complete traffic routing system in the world.
Later the same year, there is a merger between Horsens og Kolding Taxa and Aarhus Taxa.

In conjunction with the amalgamation of municipalities, Brædstrup, Østbirk, Hovedgård, Vamdrup and Lunderskov come under Aarhus and Horsens Taxa.
